Getting "RuntimeError: Cannot load the target vocabulary from the model directory"

When initializing via TranslatorCT2fromHfHub I get the above error. It seems there is a shared_vocabulary.json in the repository, but it is not even downloaded.
This model is not compatible - updated the description!
