This model is a conversion of https://huggingface.co/ylacombe/whisper-large-v3-turbo into GGUF / GGML framework (https://github.com/ggerganov/whisper.cpp)

It was converted from https://huggingface.co/RachidAR/Whisper-v3-large-turbo using the standard scripts from whisper.cpp, e.g.

$ python.exe ./models/convert-pt-to-ggml.py ./whisper-large-v3-turbo/large-v3-turbo.pt ./whisper ../
