Problem with vertical images

Changing the image aspect ratio (1:1 for example) only works for horizontal images and just crops vertical images
cc @multimodalart would you please take a look at this problem, this is related to your last PR i guess
Maybe instead of specifying specific values in pixels, give the option to specify “scale factor” as a percentage of width or height, depending on the orientation of the image.
This is already done as several predefined fractions: Full, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 essentially it's 100%, 50%, 33% and 25%.
Why not make it possible to specify for example 90% or 75% in one text box and not have to worry about resolution of original image.
